Numerous x-rays have been done of my joints throughout my life. None ever showed any abnormality suggesting a problem with my joints.

I conclude x-rays are no means to diagnose Jointcracktitis.

I agree. I got my neck xrayed because of the problems I have.

The xray came back fine. I believe it only shows bone, and I have no idea who even looked at it.

I have conclued my neck cracking causes inflamation my spinal area. This is from my personal research and tests.

Although Im sure ther must be cartelage damage or something as well. I do over streck my neck quite a bit in search of pain relief

Hmmm.... i thought that an x-ray would show any problems and that, to me, would make it worse, seeing the damage i have done to my neck lol (nearly wrote necks) and fingers.

However i guess there might be some x-ray that can tell and if not at the present time, then in the future.

MRI scans require you to stay very still etc.

That sounds pretty conclusive - did you ever get any medical "help" for your cracking joints apart from x-rays?

As many people have pointed out, doctors are ignorant and themselves don't know the answer or do not classify jointcracking as a problem.

hhhmmmm..
x rays show no problems
ignorant doctors saying it's not a problem
i conclude that.....self diagnosis is not a diagnosis... and is a problem

neckpain man
neck pain is VERY common
every see an aspirin commercial
even people who don't crack their necks experience neck pain
I lose ROM almost every couple of months for a day or 2 from 'sleeping the wrong way'
Massage therapy is GREAT for neck pain

MFT or MFR - Myofascial Therapy or Myofascial release is great modality for when pain is involved.
