It's so awesome to find this place on the net! I first started cracking my knuckles in 5th grade, but I really didn't get it down until about 2 years after that. There was a girl in my sophomore English class that would every day brace herself in her desk, twist, and crack what seemed like every vertabrae in her back! Other people seemed grossed out, but I was enthralled. I loved that sound. I wish I could do it, but I can usually only get one vertabrae to crack. Any suggestions?
