I often go to floatation therapy and spend about an hour in an isolation tank, due to the water being very bouyant you have no pull on any part of your body, when I got out I bent down and my whole back clicked, it must of been every vertabrae.

I vehemently recommend an isolation tank, they are truly relaxing.
90% of brain activity is taken up by balancing and co ordinating the body. When is the tank, this is not used which allows for high levels of relaxation.

Just last week someone was telling me about a sensory deprivation tank. Sounds like sort of the same thing? I've noticed that if my muscles are tensed up they won't pop. I have to relax. I suspect the reason why I always crack when I wake up is because I've spent an extended amount of time completely relaxed. I would like to try the relaxation tank sometime. I don't even know where you would go to do something like that.

An isolation tank?

Where are they, how much do they cost, and some more info please.
