I twist around in a chair to get the lower back, and for the upper back, I place the back of a chair, a curb, or some sort of fulcrum in the center of my back, and using my hands placed on the back of my head, move my neck upwards. causing several nice cracks. I attempt these cracks more often than they actually crack, though they still crack quite often. My back will almost always crack, and I will get the most pleasureable cracks, after I smoke pot. Anyone else get this? Pot provides a great deal of relief for stiff joints and arthritis. But like alcohol does and other things, i suppose pot would to.
