Lower back "spasms"

  • Anyone get these?
Just a small "movement feeling" when you move your body slightly.
They are very annoying and frustrating!

I guess its something to do with my muscles changing?

  • you need a good chiropractor - possibly someone doing Gonstead.

Your muscles are compensating for your skeletal issues.

  • chiropractors rip you off - in england, i paid £30 for about 1 minute work every week - a total joke.

  • find a good one, look around, or are you in some small place with only one?

Make some effort to solve your own problems.

My guy is $35 for an hour or more.

For your information - EVERYTHING is expensive in England and the rest of Europe.

Well I've lived in England all my life so I think I know.
England is the best country in the world though!

  • England is the best country in the world?

What does England contribute to the world?

    Patents? Innovation?

What are the English Apple Computer, Google, Yahoo, etc.?

London is the financial capital of the world.

Oh, and what country was responsible for the global recession?

  • London is the financial center?

    Watch Shanghai…and New York.

The credit f up was brought about by many people from all over the world.

  • I thought it was a bank in America that lent people far too many sub prime mortgages.

  • ahhhhhhhh, no.

  • lol.
anyway, please get posting and replying to all the messages on here!

  • I do get these…however annoying and frustrating would probably not be my first choice of words. Mine are generally very painful and debilitating. It's so bad, I have an ongoing prescription of vicodin (painkill/narcotic) and muscle relaxants. :?

If they put you on vicodin for it then it definitely isn't what he's talking about.
I sometimes get them in my lower right back and right neck, and most BIG muscles in the right side of my body. They're aren't frequent though.

  • Lloyd's of London gave the world insurance. Lloyd's of London also re-insured, along with AIG, a boat load of sub prime mortgages. Thus, our countries are both at fault.

Get a better chiro and start studying Eastern Philosophy. Your OCD is out of control.
