I am currently getting Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I have had about 10 sessions so far and am allowed another 10, we are making slow but steady progress. However its not like waving a magic wand and I will need to reapply for another 20 sessions after I think. And this is fairly active, and we need a chiropractor on here. But that doesn't take away the immense stress and agony it has put me through and continues to put me through.
