Junior Jointcracker Joined: Dec 29, 2009 Posts: 3 Location: Los Angeles Hey everyone. I'm looking for new ways to crack my back. What are your favorite techniques for achieving the best crack? I really like to slide down in my chair and stop right above my butt to pop my lower back. It's the best feeling in the world. It's the best feeling in the world. got ur pm but too depressed to answer. i was happily watching tv just now with my family, laying down on my sofa, or as you americans call it my "couch". anyway i was just chilling, when suddenly CRACK my neck clicks. it brought back memories and has ruined my afternoon. well done sam bodmer you bully, punching me in the back of the neck 6 years ago is still affecting me. i hope you're proud sam of what you did and ruining my life.
