I'm not sure. I get a lot of exercise but because of my eating my over weight. Of course, my cracking problems seem to hinder in some ways my ability to exercise.

Getting a lot of excercise is bad too as you damage joints through wear and tear.

Not really as like for running - when your foot hits the ground, it impacts a weight 3 times your body weight.

I'm pretty sure my joints crack more when I haven't been active for a while. However, the toes are an exception.

We learn it in science and it is well known as that is why you need suitable footwear for running.

I did 'O' Levels dumb dumb. Proper exams. To be a Podiatrist you require a degree. Not a useless science GCeasy.
