I have two ways i crack my knee. On is to stand up straight and twist my knees left and right. This usually works.

The second way i crack my knees is to pull my foot [ left or right], to the side of my body. I then pull upwards causing presure in the knee. This also usually works.

I can only crack my knees if they have been bent for 5 minutes+. Then I straighten them. Even then it isn't very loud.

I crack my knees like "gunit"...by standing up and twisting my knees left and right. This is the only way for me. LOVE IT!

I can do it too, I don't know why I like it so much, and it seems like a bad way to pop my knee's. My right knee is very loud!

For me it is kind of similar but i rotate them around the furthest it can go on each side.
