My chiro does this thing that's next best to sex for me. I lay on my side and have my knees bent. She pushes my upper body away and pulls my lower half towards her. I feel a crack in my hip and all down my lower back. She does it on each side and it is just AMAZING. I try to do it myself and can't. Any ideas? Does anyone else know what I mean?

hi,

i know what you mean. u can kind of do the same thing by leaning off the side of the bed, by pushing on ur lower back forward and twisting backwards with your upper back. it is almost the same, but of course not identical.

No as it should probably not be done - go to a physiotherapist instead.
