The bigger the crack the better I feel. Especially after a really hardcore back crack, I just slump over and feel incredibly relaxed, increased pleasurable tactile sensation, and euphoria. Cracking my back also increases the effects of some drugs, like cannabis and opiates. I think the euphoria is caused by the endorphins being release when the joint cracks. It's quite nice. Or when you try reall hard to get a subtle neck crack then finally get it. The euphoria doesn't last long though. Few seconds max.
