Maybe there is a special diet which reduces the urge to crack joints.

A remote friend, who is hard to reach and clearly psychologically troubled once claimed to have similar symptoms to Jointcracktitis.

She recommended a special nutrition which helped her.

TODO: Unfortunately, due to technical difficulties I do not have access to her tips right now. I will add this information here as soon as I can recover them for reference.

If I remember correctly it included the papaya fruit.

However, due to her psychological instability I didn't put much weight in her recommendations and never bothered to follow up on this more closely.

Maybe someone else can?

A friend who is physcologically troubled/unstable?

Hmmm...i would not entirely take her word either.

Sorry, I realize this may be a little late but I was just wondering if you know any other cracking nutrition, Joint Cracker. I'm curious to try out new diet combinations and see how they affect my health, my cracking in particular. You know like some days you have a whole bunch of really good cracks, other days all you do is grind joints and feel pain. Diet, exercising and rest are the only obvious variables that effect anything, so far.
