Jointcracker Joined: May 02, 2007 Posts: 23 Location: America Dreamworld. England Reality :( Hi there, I have just started trying to click/pop my neck and back. I have been streching it and all sorts, And not I have a pain in the back of the next. It hurts more if I move my neck. Same thing with my Jaw. I just started that too and there is a pain under my chin area. Is this bad?? Am I cracking it wrong. I am having trouble doing both. Can only get about 1 pop a week. Thanks for your time and help. I do know someone who used to crack their neck so much that they can't move their neck to each side as much as the result of this.
