This is Dr. Steve Wander from Rockville Medical & Disc Center LLC.To help you get out of pain, restore and rehabilitate your spine to maintain a god health and great wellness is our main objectives. Why not share or ask something about chiropractic? I’m looking forward to establish a good relationship with you.

Hi Dr. Wander! Welcome. I'm a long time reader of this forum, but haven't posted in a while. I'll start with a question. This has been discussed before, but I don't recall ever having a Dr. of Chiropractic here before. About once a day for as long as I can remember, I notice that if I stretch my arms and shoulders towards the middle of my back, my sternum cracks. It feels good, but am wondering if that is something to be concerned about?

Thanks You.

Thank you for your warmth welcome.

You noticed that you if you stretch your arms and shoulders towards the middle of back, your sternum cracks and you felt good. Do you experience something peculiar after doing that? Severe pain or anything.?

If you feel there is something wrong, especially if it pertains to chronic pain. Then there is something to be concerned that should be addressed
