I think for me it's a marriage of both...i love how it relives tension but i also love doing it just because....and i love the sound of cracking as well...

sometimes i will get a look, but generally my friends don't care...which is a good thing because i crack ALL the time! LOL

Yes..Epsom Salts are a common ingredient in bath salts mixed in with sea salt sometimes and it is a GREAT way to have a relaxing bath!
