Hypermobile - too loose. Your joints sound like rice krispies and you can bend them in strange dire ...

Well, my back is hypermobile (double jointed) and cracks basically every time I move it. *shrug* Doubtless you can crack joints that aren't hypermobile, but mine are and they crack.

Hey, I get this too. I think it's related to my back problem mostly, when I straighten my back I get a crack in my chest and opposite it in my spine.
